This is Polly’s debut with The Pilgrim Players playing Adam / Audrey in As You Like It.

Graduating from the Drama Centre London in 1988 she has had a long and varied career in film, TV & theatre. Theatre credits include 3 seasons with the RSC, West End, Old Vic and Hampstead Theatre. Most recently in the critically acclaimed verbatim production Value Engineering: Scenes from the Grenfell Inquiry.

Over 30 years of TV appearances include The Thick of It (BBC), Desperate Romantics (C4), Poirot (ITV), This Time with Alan Partridge (BBC), End of the F***ing World (C4), Puppy Love (BBC), Death in Paradise (BBC), Dracula (Netflix), Anne (ITV1), The Baby (HBO/Sky), Sweet Pea (Sky) and This City is Ours (BBC). Films include Four Weddings and a Funeral, Les Miserables, Greed and The Life & Death of Peter Sellers.

Polly’s mother was born in Lissarda House, Lissarda and until recently had a house in Leap, Co Cork. As a child all the long holidays were spent either in Cork or on Inishbofin and her happy place is still a beach anywhere along the coast of West Cork.
